
Our menu offers a unique style of dining that is an age old tradition from Southern Brazil. The menu begins with an endless gourmet salad bar with over 25 items to choose from. Everything from Caesar salad, salami and cheeses to the Brazilian specialty hearts of palm. Following the salad bar, our gauchos, or meat servers, will stop by your table and offer you any of our 12 different cuts of prime meats. These include beef, chicken, lamb, pork, and our seafood selection of the day. All of the meats are sliced off of hot skewers straight from the grill at your preferred temperature. When you are ready for the meat selections, simply flip the red and green coaster on your table to the green side. This signals our staff that you are ready for the parade of meats to begin. If you would like to take a break or your appetite is satisfied simply flip the card back to the red side. Along with all of this, we will also bring out to your table hot cheese bread, homemade mashed potatoes, fried bananas, and Brazilian style rice. If you have any questions during your visit, ask anyone, since we all work as a team; so instead of one server you have many to ensure the best service possible for your Brazilian experience. All you have to do is relax and let us serve you with our Brazilian hospitality and traditions.
